Linda always went out of her way to make arrangements for our wedding. If flights changed last minute she was there helping fix the problem.

A Ticket to Ride Travel Agency this was a challenging booking, 28 guests attending the “island” wedding from all over the United States, also helped the bride with very initial negotiations for flowers, music, entertainers, resort accommodations and air for her wedding guests.

We have never used a travel agent before and decided to try it this time for our vacation to Niagara Falls, Banff, AB Canada, and Lake Louise. Most definitely Yes! As I was speaking to my Mom on December 25th, she did not seem right. Apparently, she was having a stroke! I tried frantically to find a flight and was getting so many different results that I became very exasperated. In my highly emotional state, I was a wreck. I decided to call an agent to help me book a flight.

Ms. Linda was not even open that day but happened to answer the phone. She took all the info she needed and performed what was nothing short of a miracle to me! I finally made it to my mother’s side. Unfortunately, my Mom’s surgery was rescheduled for the Monday following my departure.

You see my Father had also had a stroke on the 15th of December and I felt like I was losing my entire family. I will always remember and appreciate the compassion I was shown! Great travel agency. Got everything done for us fast even though we were in Fla and our daughter was in Iowa. Had up-grades on a lot of our cruise items. Will use her for all our needs in the future.
